Braun Strowman Hospitalized with Surprising Knee Infection

Braun Strowman is currently hospitalized after developing an unexpected infection in his right knee. The former WWE Superstar shared the update on Instagram, posting a photo that shows his knee red and swollen as he rests in a hospital bed.

In his post, Strowman wrote,

“Well spent the night in the hospital with an infection that came out of nowhere in my right knee. So I could use some prayers and well wishes. #ThisSucks #WhyMe #lol #painful #IGotThis #ThankYou #FeetAintFree”

Recent Wrestling Status and Career Ventures Outside WWE

Strowman last appeared in the ring on WWE SmackDown in April 2025. His WWE contract expired in July 2025 and was not renewed by the company. Since then, he has shifted his focus to other projects outside professional wrestling.

One of Strowman’s notable post-WWE ventures includes hosting “Everything on The Menu,” a show broadcast on the USA Network that has been successful enough to earn a renewal for a second season.
