Braun Strowman has been discharged from the hospital after undergoing surgery to treat an infection in his right knee. The former WWE star had surgery to address an infection around the bursa near the patella, which required hospitalization and medical intervention.
Strowman Shares Recovery Update on Social Media
Strowman posted an update on Instagram, announcing his release from the hospital. He wrote,
“Discharged!!! Lots of antibiotics to take now and gotta take it easy for a few more days before back in the gym. But I can’t wait to get home and see my pups!!!”
He expressed gratitude for the support he has received, saying,
“Again thank you for all the prayers and well wishes from around the word. I’m so blessed to have the support and love from so many. All Glory to God for his mercy and love.”
Current Focus Beyond Wrestling and Future Outlook
Since his departure from WWE in May of last year, Braun Strowman has shifted his attention toward acting and his food travel series, Everything on the Menu with Braun Strowman, which is slated for a second season on USA Network.
