Chris Jericho’s Surprise Apple TV Role Revealed

Chris Jericho is confirmed to appear in the upcoming Apple TV+ series Margo’s Got Money Troubles, marking a notable addition to his acting career. The show, created by David E. Kelley and based on Rufi Thorpe’s novel, is set to debut on April 15, 2026.

Details of the Series and Jericho’s Role

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter highlighted Jericho’s part after spotting him in a promotional photo featured in Elle Magazine, where he appears in the background. The series stars Elle Fanning as Margo Millet and features Nick Offerman as her father, a retired professional wrestler. Michelle Pfeiffer plays her mother, while Nicole Kidman holds an important supporting role.

The story centers on Margo, whose mother used to work at Hooters and whose father was a wrestler. After becoming pregnant by a junior college professor, Margo turns to OnlyFans to support herself, leading her to reconnect with her estranged father and achieve success on the platform.

Chris Jericho’s Current Wrestling Status

Though Jericho has been absent from All Elite Wrestling (AEW) television since April 2025, he remains listed on AEW’s roster page. Speculation continues regarding a possible return to WWE, but no official confirmation has been made.

Release Schedule and Expectations

Margo’s Got Money Troubles will launch with three episodes released simultaneously on April 15, followed by weekly installments until May 20. Jericho’s involvement in the show demonstrates his expanding presence beyond wrestling and hints at further mainstream acting ventures.
