The Death Riders faction appeared on the latest AEW Collision episode, where leader Jon Moxley became involved in a heated brawl against a former champion. Earlier this month at Grand Slam Australia, Moxley competed against Konosuke Takeshita, ending their match in a time-limit draw while retaining the AEW Continental Championship. Both wrestlers were left dissatisfied by the outcome, setting up a rematch without time restrictions scheduled for Revolution 2026. Their rivalry also reflects the ongoing conflict between The Death Riders and the Don Callis Family factions.
Last Saturday, Jon Moxley, PAC, and Wheeler Yuta suffered a loss in a trios match against Takeshita, El Clon, and Mark Davis. The latest AEW Collision opened with The Death Riders, including Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, Yuta, and Daniel Garcia, facing Lance Archer, Josh Alexander, and RPG Vice from the Callis Family in a multi-person tag team confrontation. After a competitive back-and-forth contest, The Death Riders secured the win, with Wheeler Yuta scoring the decisive pinfall. Immediately following the victory, Konosuke Takeshita interrupted the celebration, sparking a large-scale brawl between the stables that required intervention to separate.
Jon Moxley Continues Dominance Over Don Callis Family Members on AEW Dynamite
Since claiming the AEW Continental Championship at last year’s Continental Classic, Jon Moxley has defended his title repeatedly against members of the Don Callis Family. At Dynamite: New Year’s Smash, he defeated Josh Alexander in a Title Eliminator match and later triumphed over Mark Davis under similar circumstances. Recently on Wednesday Night Dynamite, Moxley faced El Clon, a new recruit of The Invisible Hand stable, in another Title Eliminator bout. Despite El Clon’s strong showing, Moxley, known as The Purveyor of Violence, emerged victorious.
With the buildup to Revolution 2026 intensifying, anticipation is high over whether Jon Moxley can decisively overcome Konosuke Takeshita in their upcoming no time-limit encounter, potentially bringing their fierce rivalry to a dramatic conclusion.
