Maxxine Dupri, a WWE talent since 2021, has spoken candidly about the difficulties she experiences while working with the company. At 28 years old, she has played various roles during her WWE tenure and currently performs on RAW as part of The Alpha Academy, establishing herself as a singles competitor. During a recent discussion on Logan Paul‘s IMPAULSIVE podcast, Dupri reflected on her journey in wrestling and addressed what has been most difficult about her WWE career.
The former Women’s Intercontinental Champion mentioned that while traveling and being away from home is sometimes tough, it is also something she enjoys. Additionally, she admitted that mastering wrestling techniques has been demanding but expected, as it aligns with her choice to enter this profession. Dupri also revealed that dealing with social media feedback, particularly on the platform X, causes her significant mental strain.

Dupri explained that although she actively uses Instagram and TikTok, she avoids X due to the negative and escalating nature of interactions there.
Initial Role in WWE Focused on Management, Not Wrestling
Maxxine Dupri made her WWE debut in 2022 on SmackDown, appearing as the on-screen Director of Talent for the group Maximum Male Models. She continued in this managerial position when the faction moved to RAW a year later. However, her first wrestling match in WWE only happened after joining The Alpha Academy.
During the IMPAULSIVE interview, Dupri disclosed that when she was first called up, WWE did not intend for her to compete inside the ring. Although she desired to wrestle, the promotion’s plans did not include her as an active competitor at first. This changed in 2023 when she made her in-ring debut on RAW by pinning Valhalla of The Viking Raiders during a mixed tag team match.
