Michael Jackson Sons Honor Him at 65th Birthday Event : Michael Jackson’s sons, Bigi and Prince Jackson, appeared at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas to commemorate his 65th birthday. The kids saw Cirque du Soleil’s Michael Jackson ONE show, marking the company’s 10th year in the city. Cirque du Soleil website announced a Q&A by Michael Jackson’s estate during the “Blue Sapphire Birthday Celebration.”
A performance from the Las Vegas show cast, a book signing by Michael Bush, author of “The King of Style: Dressing Michael Jackson,” and a meet-and-greet with the original creative team of Michael Jackson ONE were also part of the event. There were also Grammy winner’s house attendees. Fans with ticket proof received cake and cupcakes pre-event.
People magazine reported that Bigi (also known as Blanket), 21, and Prince, 26, met fans at the casino. A Michael Jackson fan gave his sons a picture of him with an angel. They discussed their favorite memories of the star, who passed away in 2009.
