Britt Baker is an American professional wrestler and dentist who performs under the ring name Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. in All Elite Wrestling. As AEW’s first signed female wrestler, she played a foundational role in establishing the company’s women’s division upon her arrival in 2019. A former AEW Women’s World Champion, Baker held the title for nearly a year with five successful defenses before losing it to Thunder Rosa in a steel cage match in March 2022. She also won the inaugural women’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament at Double or Nothing 2022. After a nine-month injury layoff caused by herniated disks, a torn hip labrum, and a transient ischemic attack, Baker returned at Forbidden Door in June 2024 and challenged Mercedes Moné for the TBS Championship at All In 2024. She was subsequently suspended following a backstage altercation before returning to competition in November 2024. As of October 2025, Baker remains an active and recognizable presence in AEW’s women’s division, balancing her in-ring career with ongoing dental practice in Florida.
