In 2010, they reinvented themselves as The Badd Boyz, a biker gimmick, before revealing it had been 2.0 all along and rebranding as 3.0 while turning face.

3.0 made their WWE debut in April 2016, appearing on NXT as enhancement talent under their real names. In January 2019, it was revealed that they had signed contracts with WWE and were reporting to the Performance Center. The team was rebranded as Ever-Rise, with Parker adopting the ring name Chase Parker and Menard becoming Matt Martel.

Ever-Rise made their televised debut on the September 4, 2019 episode of NXT. They became regulars on 205 Live and made occasional appearances on NXT, eventually establishing themselves as heels.
