William Jason Reso was born on November 30, 1973, in Kitchener, Ontario, the son of Carol, a Canadian mother, and Randy Reso, an American father. 2025 Season Performance
Christian Cage’s 2025 calendar opened with a major title opportunity at Revolution on March 9, where he cashed in his AEW World Championship contract in the main event between Jon Moxley and Adam Copeland. The match was made a three-way, but Cage was choked out by Moxley and failed to win the title. Following the match, The Patriarchy continued to defend the AEW World Trios Championship across television.
At All In: Texas on July 12, Christian and Nick Wayne failed to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship from The Hurt Syndicate, after which Wayne turned on Cage and attacked him, effectively disbanding The Patriarchy.
