Lane played basketball at Monroe Community College before transferring to Shaw University, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2012 with a BA in recreational management after winning an NCAA Division II championship.

Path to Professional Wrestling

Lane began her wrestling journey by enrolling in the Team 3D Academy in 2016. She wrestled for various independent promotions in Florida, gaining experience and recognition.
