Early Life and Background
Kristen Stadtlander was born on August 7, 1995, in West Islip, New York. She grew up in a family where her father worked as a car mechanic and her mother was a high school music teacher. Stadtlander has an older sister and pursued her education in New Jersey before leaving after one year to train as a stunt double at Hollywood Stunts in Brooklyn, New York.

Stadtlander began her professional wrestling training in 2016 under the guidance of Pat Buck and Brian Myers at the Create A Pro Wrestling Academy in Hicksville, New York. She made her debut in November 2016, initially wrestling under the ring name Liza Viero.
