Calyx Harmony Hampton, known professionally as Sol Ruca, is an American professional wrestler born on August 26, 1999, in Ontario, California. She signed with WWE in March 2022 and performs on the NXT brand, where she is recognized for her athletic, acrobatic style and her innovative springboard frontflip cutter finisher called the Sol Snatcher. Calyx Harmony Hampton was born in Ontario, California, in the Inland Empire region of Southern California. She is biracial, the daughter of African American musician Paul A Hampton and European American Sandy Brown-Hampton, and she has a brother named Coda.
