Jessica Lynn Woynilko, known professionally as Tiffany Stratton, was born on May 1, 1999, in Prior Lake, Minnesota. She graduated from St. Catherine University and practiced trampoline gymnastics for several years. Her gymnastics career ended in 2017 due to a stress fracture in her foot, after which her parents encouraged her to pursue professional wrestling. Woynilko trained under Greg Gagne, a former American Wrestling Association wrestler, before signing with WWE.
