Bayley recently explained the motivation behind launching her wrestling seminar and highlighted how notable WWE figures like Liv Morgan, Rhea Ripley, and Bianca Belair offered significant support. The free three-day Lodestone Seminar took place in December in Orlando, Florida, aiming to aid experienced female independent wrestlers while leveraging the popular momentum of women’s wrestling.
Origins and Purpose of Bayley’s Wrestling Seminar
Bayley shared that the idea for the seminar had been developing in her mind for some time, driven by her desire to contribute beyond her in-ring career. She viewed starting a school or seminar as a future path to remain involved in wrestling after retiring from active competition. Traveling internationally and visiting various wrestling schools inspired her, especially during a period of fewer live matches and events.
I’ve been thinking about it for a while, or just trying to figure out how. So I always thought that one day I would open up my own school because I always thought, you know, like, who knows how long I could wrestle or, you know, that they want me here.
But I always know that I’m going to feel passionate about it and want to, you know, help others. And I don’t know if I’d make a great producer. I think I’d make a better trainer, but I’m not quite ready to do that yet or, like, open the school.

She emphasized that the timing felt right because women’s wrestling continues to grow rapidly in popularity, with many new talents emerging online and capturing fans’ attention.
And it just feels like the right time because women’s wrestling is so big and it’s so popular.
Girls are just like you see online, people just pop up and like, ‘Oh, she’s—I never heard of her, and she’s great.’ So I think it was just the timing of me just wanting to do something and feel like I’m still contributing to the business, kind of.
Support from WWE Stars and Surprise Guest Instructors
Bayley revealed that several fellow WWE stars committed to attending and contributing to the seminar at no cost. She arranged accommodations and transportation to make participation effortless for them. The event was designed to be a memorable learning experience for attendees, with top wrestlers volunteering simply out of passion for supporting emerging talent.
And then, yeah, I just thought, I’m literally like, all they have to do is fly themselves in. It’s a free three-day seminar. I got them a big Airbnb and transportation and everything because I just want it to be fun and easy for them but get the experience. It’s like something you’re going to remember forever.
Liv Morgan went above and beyond by covering the cost of the meal preparations for all participants.
Liv paid for the meal prep,
Bayley confirmed. Everybody helped.
Bayley also noted that the seminar’s guest instructors included Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair, who appeared on the first day unexpectedly, much to the surprise of the attendees, who assumed only Bayley would be involved.
So, like, Rhea and Bianca will come the first day,
Bayley said.
No. So all these girls are coming just because they think it’s just me. Which is crazy. I know, it’s awesome. I know. It’s crazy
Noteworthy Appearances Enhance the Seminar’s Impact
In addition to WWE talent, the seminar featured surprise visits from major stars such as Charlotte Flair, John Cena, and Bianca Belair. John Cena’s participation was especially remarkable, as he dedicated eight hours to watching women’s matches and sharing insights, demonstrating his commitment just one week before his final scheduled match.
