Cloud Apartments aims to streamline the development process using state law SB 330 and introduce innovative modular construction technology.

Cloud Apartments has developed a proprietary installation system that allows the assembly of apartment modules in a factory. These modules, complete with wiring, plumbing, HVAC, and technology, are then shipped to the development site in a plug-and-play format. Wong’s mission is to address the housing crisis by revolutionizing the economics and efficiencies of housing construction.

The proposed development, dubbed Cloud San Jose, is strategically located near San Jose Airport, Santa Clara University, and downtown San Jose. The company is not only focusing on San Jose but also eyeing projects in Concord, Berkeley, Redwood City, and Watsonville. The Cloud Apartments project in San Jose is envisioned with amenities like a rooftop deck, gym, lounge, and parking garage.
