Dominik Mysterio, the WWE Intercontinental Champion and member of The Judgment Day, made a surprising return on the February 2 episode of WWE RAW after missing more than a month due to a shoulder injury sustained during a tag team match in AAA. His comeback was marked by an appearance where he welcomed 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble winner Liv Morgan to the ring, setting the stage for a promotional segment.

During this segment, Liv Morgan addressed the crowd, postponed her WrestleMania decision, and gave a strong endorsement to her teammate Raquel Rodriguez ahead of Rodriguez’s Women’s World Championship match. The episode concluded with Morgan standing victorious, holding the Women’s World Title over Stephanie Vaquer, despite Rodriguez falling short in a hard-fought Street Fight Match.

Following his return, Mysterio took to X (formerly Twitter) to share images from RAW, captioning them:

“‘Back to our regular scheduled programming’ @YaOnlyLivvOnce.”

Addressing Upcoming Challenges Ahead of Rey de Reyes

Prior to his WWE comeback, Mysterio appeared on the January 31 edition of AAA via satellite, where he spoke directly to El Hijo del Vikingo, the number one contender for the AAA Mega Championship. Mysterio congratulated Vikingo on earning the challenger spot, while also delivering pointed remarks about their upcoming matchup.

“Congratulations, Vikingo, because you are my new challenger. Your Mega Champion! But truthfully, I want to congratulate you because it seems like you have a new family. And never in my life have I seen so many cowards in one ring, but here we are. And for the last time, I want to congratulate you because at Rey de Reyes, you’ll be in the main event thanks to me, Dominik Mysterio, facing me for my Mega Championship,” Mysterio said.

This title bout between Mysterio and Vikingo is scheduled for the Rey de Reyes event on March 14, a prominent tournament in AAA that mirrors WWE’s King of the Ring competition. The wrestling community eagerly awaits to see if Mysterio can successfully defend his Mega Championship at this high-profile event.
