WWE star Natalya is scheduled to compete at AAA TripleMania XXXIII in Mexico on August 16, aiming to capture the AAA Reina De Reinas Championship. She will face current champion Lady Flammer and former titleholder Faby Apache in a triple threat matchup. Natalya’s participation marks a highly anticipated return to AAA, following her debut alongside Lola Vice last month, where they secured victory in a tag match.
Lady Flammer has held the Reina De Reinas Championship for over 700 days, ranking her reign as the second longest in history behind Taya Valkyrie’s record of more than 900 days from 2014 to 2017. Faby Apache, a four-time former champion, last held the title in 2021. For Natalya, success at TripleMania would mean capturing her first singles championship since 2017, when she was <a href="https://cynicaltimes.org/category/wrestling-news/wwe/smackdown/”>WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion for three months.

Jacy Jayne to Defend TNA Knockouts Title at WWE NXT Heatwave
On August 24, shortly after TripleMania, Jacy Jayne will defend her TNA Knockouts Championship in a triple threat match during <a href="https://cynicaltimes.org/category/wrestling-news/wwe/nxt/”>WWE NXT Heatwave. Her challengers will be Ash By Elegance, formerly Dana Brooke, and Masha Slamovich. Jayne’s recent victory over Slamovich at TNA Slammiversary secured her dual championship status. Since then, Jayne’s title defenses against both opponents have resulted in disqualifications, setting up this decisive triple threat encounter.

Simultaneously, Lola Vice, fresh from her AAA appearance, will compete in a triple threat match against Jaida Parker and Kelani Jordan, with the winner earning a future shot at the NXT Women’s Championship held by Jayne. All three competitors have publicly expressed their determination to claim the NXT title.

Another highlight at Heatwave will be the one-on-one match between Jordynne Grace and newcomer Blake Monroe. Monroe, initially appearing as Grace’s ally, turned against her at WWE Evolution by cost her an NXT Women’s Championship opportunity, intensifying their intense rivalry.
TNA Knockouts Tag Team Titles Contested at Emergence Event
The day before NXT Heatwave, on August 15, the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championships will be defended at TNA Emergence in Baltimore, Maryland. Heather by Elegance (Heather Reckless) and M by Elegance (Maggie Lee) of The Elegance Brand will face multiple challengers, including The IInspiration (Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay), Fatal Influence’s Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx, and a duo comprising Lei Ying Lee and Xia Brookside.
Though not an established team, Lei Ying Lee and Xia Brookside have shown recent support for Masha Slamovich, making her possible involvement in the match notable. The Elegance Brand secured the titles in March by defeating Dani Luna and Jody Threat in a three-on-two handicap match and have since successfully defended against multiple contenders.
