Karrion Kross Surprise GCW Appearance Shocks Fans at Homecoming Event

Published:

Karrion Kross and Scarlett made a shocking return this past weekend by appearing at Game Changer Wrestling’s (GCW) Homecoming event. Their surprise entrance played a critical role in helping Shotzi secure a victory against Matt Cardona, drawing significant attention from fans eager to see the duo after their <a href="https://cynicaltimes.org/category/wrestling-news/wwe/”>WWE departure.

Intense Battle for the Garage Beer World Championship

The event featured a brutal match between Shotzi and Matt Cardona for the Garage Beer World Championship. Both competitors employed GCW’s hardcore wrestling style, integrating weapons such as light tubes, barbed wire, and beer cans throughout the contest. The intensity escalated when Nick Gage handed Shotzi a pizza cutter, which was used to inflict a forehead laceration on Cardona.

Kross and Scarlett’s Impact on the Match Outcome

Despite the injury, Cardona managed to hit Shotzi with his finisher, Radio Silence, before seeking assistance outside the ring. Two hooded figures entered, with one delivering a low blow to Cardona before unveiling themselves as Karrion Kross and Scarlett. The crowd erupted as Kross then powerfully slammed Cardona through a door near the ring. This enabled Shotzi to climb to the top rope and execute a senton, securing the win.

Continuing Rivalry and Upcoming Appearances

The confrontation between Kross and Cardona is far from concluded, with their upcoming match scheduled for House of Glory’s event, With Glory Comes Pride, on October 10 in Queens, New York. This appearance will mark Kross’s debut in the promotion. Earlier this month, Kross and Scarlett became free agents following the expiration of their WWE contracts. Kross’s final match for WWE took place against Sami Zayn at <a href="https://cynicaltimes.org/tag/summerslam/”>SummerSlam.
