Tiffany Stratton Cheers WrestleMania’s Vegas Return

Published:

Tiffany Stratton has expressed enthusiasm for WrestleMania‘s return to Las Vegas in 2023, marking the second consecutive year the city will host WWE’s flagship event. The announcement came in June when WWE confirmed WrestleMania 42 would take place in Las Vegas, just one year after WrestleMania 41 was held there, despite earlier expectations for a different location.

Why Tiffany Stratton Welcomes WrestleMania Back to Las Vegas

Las Vegas holds a special place in Tiffany Stratton’s career, as it was the setting of her first WrestleMania last year. WWE’s decision to bring WrestleMania back to the city surprised many fans, especially since The Rock had initially revealed at a February SmackDown show that the event would happen in New Orleans. While some fans expressed disappointment over the change, Stratton sees the Vegas venue as ideal for the event’s stature and atmosphere.

In an interview with Sidewalks Entertainment, Stratton reflected on her debut WrestleMania experience and the city’s significance to sports entertainment:

“Last year was actually my first WrestleMania ever. I was super nervous. It was in Las Vegas. So I felt like it was the perfect state for my first-ever WrestleMania. I feel like Las Vegas is iconic. It’s the sports entertainment capital of the world. So it was the perfect place to host WrestleMania. WrestleMania is like the Super Bowl of wrestling of WWE. They have literally something for everybody in Las Vegas. This year they’re going to have Raw. They’re going to have SmackDown. They’re going to have NXT Stand and Deliver there. There’s going to be after parties. There’s going to be watch parties all along the strip. So I’m excited to go back. I’m going to make my time there super fun and hopefully do a bunch of things along the strip. So yeah, I’m excited to go back. It’s like kind of nostalgic for me. That’s where I had my first ever WrestleMania. So yeah, I’m excited.”

Tiffany Stratton’s excitement highlights the wide array of activities planned for the WrestleMania weekend in Las Vegas, which includes multiple WWE shows—Raw, SmackDown, and NXT Stand and Deliver—along with numerous watch parties and after-parties scattered throughout the famous Las Vegas Strip.

Following this setback, she shifted her focus toward CrossFit and bodybuilding, which eventually led her to the world of pro wrestling.

Stratton’s resolve to adapt and pursue a new path illustrates how injury and disappointment can redirect careers, especially in sports entertainment. Her rise in WWE is gaining attention, with a major upcoming match against Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer scheduled for Crown Jewel in Perth, Australia.
