Dr. Ink Where Coffee Tea and Soft Serve: In Downtown San Jose, California, we found Dr. Ink. Near San Pedro Square; it’s a lovely spot. Dr. Ink is unique among coffee shops. Coffee, tea, and soft-serve lovers will adore this place.
The modern and mechanical styles blended nicely with Dr. Ink. The interior was clean and attractive, fitting modern lifestyles well. Dr. Ink is a great place to hang out with friends or alone.
We often come here for their famous soft-serve treats. Dr. Ink had a distinct coffee and coconut flavor. These treats came in black waffle cones with swirls, hinting at the fun things to see and taste.
The soft serves were delicious. They were silky and milky. Coffee was full-bodied solid, with the right sweetness and caffeine kick. The Coconut flavor was good but tasted slightly fake, a minor issue in an otherwise great experience.
Besides the fantastic food, the staff’s kindness and helpfulness stood out. We enjoyed Dr. Ink due to the friendly and helpful staff.
