Adam Pearce Set to Punish Roman Reigns After WWE RAW Conflict Explodes

Published:

During this week’s WWE RAW episode, Roman Reigns appeared to address ongoing tensions involving Seth Rollins and The Vision faction. His confrontation took a sharp turn when Paul Heyman interrupted him, and Reigns engaged in a physical altercation with Bronson Reed. This sequence of events escalated into chaos, prompting WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce to consider punishing Reigns for his conduct.

The conflict intensified as Bronson Reed, who declared himself a Samoan and mocked Reigns’ nickname The Tribal Chief, challenged Reigns ahead of their scheduled Clash in Paris showdown. After Reed’s provocations, a brawl ensued between the two in the arena, forcing security and Pearce’s team to intervene. Despite initial separation, Reigns launched a surprise attack on Reed again, which also involved skirmishes with arena officials.

Reigns’ actions extended to attacking fellow wrestler Bron Breakker, even though Reigns is a member of the SmackDown roster and his disruption on RAW impacts the red brand’s staff. This cross-brand interference and aggressive behavior may leave Adam Pearce with little option but to issue a formal reprimand or suspension, similar to disciplinary measures seen with other WWE superstars such as Gunther and Kevin Owens. However, these consequences remain speculative at this stage.

Potential WWE Championship Clash Between Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins

Roman Reigns held the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship for an impressive 1,316 days before losing it to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL. Throughout 2024, Reigns consistently insisted he would return to reclaim the title. Ahead of the Bad Blood event this year, Reigns and Rhodes appeared together for a special promo at Georgia Tech’s football stadium, symbolizing a brief truce.

After regaining his title from Solo Sikoa during RAW’s Netflix premiere, Reigns soon entered into further conflict with Seth Rollins, his former teammate from The Shield. Their rivalry culminated at the 2025 Royal Rumble where both were eliminated by CM Punk, sparking a three-way feud. This led to WrestleMania 41’s Triple Threat main event where Rollins won, aided by Paul Heyman’s involvement.

Now, Reigns is focused on countering The Vision faction and preparing for his encounter with Bronson Reed at Clash in Paris. Looking ahead, a championship confrontation between Reigns and Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship remains a strong possibility, potentially continuing their storyline rooted in their shared past as members of The Shield.
