At the All In main event, Ospreay attempted to support Hangman Page by confronting the Death Riders but was overwhelmed and ultimately taken out on a stretcher. This Wednesday, Ospreay disclosed that his injury involves two herniated discs, confirming he will be sidelined for the immediate future. Despite this, he expressed intentions to return at the upcoming Forbidden Door event.
However, Wrestling Observer Radio journalist Dave Meltzer expressed skepticism over Ospreay’s expected quick comeback. Meltzer highlighted that a recovery from herniated discs usually requires extensive time off, potentially up to a year, making Ospreay’s plan to return within a month appear unrealistic.
