Jade Cargill Reveals One WWE Move She’ll Never Make

Jade Cargill, the current WWE Women’s Champion on SmackDown, revealed on social media the one thing she will never do in WWE — wrestling with short hair. After a fan shared photos of her with short hair and encouraged her to try that look in WWE, Cargill responded that, while she wished she could, it wasn’t feasible for her to compete with short hair.

“I wish I could rock short hair and wrestle. Not possible. 🥰,” she wrote.

Recent Title Defense and Rivalries on SmackDown

This past Friday on SmackDown, Cargill successfully defended her WWE Women’s Championship against Jordynne Grace in a hard-fought match. Ringside during the bout was Liv Morgan, the winner of the Women’s Royal Rumble, who has yet to decide which champion she wants to face at WrestleMania 42. Meanwhile, tensions continue to build on RAW, where The Judgment Day star confronted Stephanie Vaquer and the Women’s World Champion slapped Dominik Mysterio, creating more drama in the women’s division.

Collaboration With WWE Icon Booker T

Jade Cargill confirmed she is learning from WWE legend Booker T, who is playing a significant role in her professional development. In a recent interview with The Sun, she discussed the range of advice and support she receives from various wrestling veterans in the locker room. Cargill specifically highlighted regular Zoom meetings with Booker T as a key part of her ongoing education in wrestling.

“CM Punk talks to me a lot. Cody talks to me a lot. Ricky Saints talks to me a lot. He’s great. There’s a lot of people. Booker T, he and I sit down, and we have Zoom meetings as well. Yes, we do a lot of school. I’m thankful to work with him as well. There’s so many people; I don’t want to name them all, but Paul Heyman. That is my guy! Gosh, I love Paul Heyman. It was him and Stone Cold Steve Austin. I was like those are the two people I have to meet. When I met him, I was like, listen I have to get a pic with you.” – Jade Cargill

What’s Next for Jade Cargill and the WWE Women’s Division?

With WrestleMania 42 approaching, speculation grows over who will challenge Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship. Liv Morgan’s choice remains undetermined, making the road to WrestleMania unpredictable and potentially intense. Cargill’s connection to respected figures like Booker T, CM Punk, and Paul Heyman may be a vital asset as she navigates this defining period in her career. Fans will be watching closely to see how the championship landscape evolves in the coming months.
